Founder and President of the Hoffman Estates Art
League (est. 2006), Sharron enjoys painting in oils and acrylics.
She is also Program Chair for the American Jewish Artists Club in
Chicago.
Sharron majored in Museum Sciences and minored in art in college,
and was awarded an art scholarship to Bradley University. She later
graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a
degree in Museology.
Sharron has participated in and installed several exhibitions;
most recently at the Chicago Cultural Center, Prairie Center for the
Arts, Village of Hoffman Estates and Black Box Diamond Gallery.
Sharron has organized and served as Project Manager for two
recent Public Art projects including a natural prairie mural for the
Spring Valley Nature Center Library in Schaumburg, IL and completed
a panel for the Crab Tree Nature Center Turtle Habitat in Palatine,
IL.
Sharron resides in Hoffman Estates, IL with her family.
